Adhivakta Parishad has to discharge the role of modern/futuristic constituent assembly. Adhivakta Parishad is part of larger ‘idea’ and ‘dream’ for the future of this country. Adhivakta Parishad will be training the young advocates to be good lawyers with social commitment so that the justice delivery system is strengthened at all levels, free from pressures and corruption. The advocates who have inner urge to discharge their duty towards society are to be organized and their efforts be streamlined. There is a need to evolve organizational structure, methodologies, networking etc. for this.
